The Solinca – Health & Fitness concept was created in 1995, with the inauguration of the first unit in the Porto Palácio Hotel, and in 1997 expanded with the opening of a second unit in the Colombo Shopping Centre. The network was further expanded with the opening of units in the Vasco da Gama Shopping Centre, in Lisbon, in Braga (2001), in Oeiras (2003), in Viana do Castelo (2004), in the Norteshopping Centre, in Matosinhos, at the Estádio do Dragão, in Porto (2006), the chain’s largest with an area of some 6,600 m2, in Gaia (2011), in Vila do Conde (2013), at Crossfit Marginal Cascais (2014), at Alfragide (2015) and 5 units during 2016 (Guimarães, Maia, Porto - Foz, Laranjeiras and Ermesinde).

Nearly 48 thousand average number of active members among the 17 units in operation, which cover a total area of around 48.9 thousand m2.
