Sonae Capital SGPS SA informs about bond issue

Sonae Capital, SGPS, S.A. announces that it has today completed two bond issues, by private placement and arranged by Caixa-Banco de Investimento:
- First Issue of unsecured bonds in the amount of € 20,000,000 (twenty million euro) with a tenor of 5 years having a call and put option at the end of the third year. The operation was led by Caixa- Banco de Investimento and co-led by Banco BPI;
- Second Issue of unsecured bonds in the amount of € 30,000,000 (thirty million euro) with a tenor of 5 years. The operation was led by Caixa- Banco de Investimento.

The proceeds of these issues have been used to repay in full SC, SGPS, S.A.’s debt to Sonae, SGPS S.A., as a result of which no further financing relations subsist between the two Groups.
