The Troia Marina will be located on the Northern part of Troia sandy spit, facing Sado's river, with an area of approximately 2,7 ha, prepared to the access, manoeuvres and recreation yacht harbour.

The Marina scheduled capacity is 184 boats, distributed between five classes of length, ranging from 8 to 18 meters.

The Marina construction will imply digging a part Troia's coastline between the actual ferries harbour and the old hovercrafts harbour.

The Troia Marina is one of the projects with higher visibility and capacity to promote Troiaresort as a new touristic destination.This support infrastructure to nautical sports will be the new central spot of Troiaresort, with new esplanades and promenades, commercial and leisure areas nearby the waterline.
