During 2015, Sonae Capital Group's performance was guided by the consolidation of the orientations and strategic pillars setup in 2013:

1. Grow with profitability, improving each business competitive position

2. Favour capital ligh startegies in order to strengthen our capital structure

3. Release cash from non-strategic assets to support new businesses opportunities investments and, mainly, to reduce debt levels

 

The results achieved in 2015 confirm our commitment and effort in implementing the defined strategy with a proved solid performance and with the general improvement of current businesses competitive position. In addition to the continued sale of non-strategic assets, we will take firm steps on the materialization of our Corporate Startegy, looking to incorporate new businesses in our portfolio, with high potential for creating value to shareholders among the competences identified within the Group.
